CONCEPT :

In Sufism, there are many references to cycles of creation, destruction, everything comprises and comes from the same source, etc.

The Divine is both black, white, male/female. Everything is interwoven in an inseparable energetic pattern.

All of these principles/thoughts/ideas are the same as the attributes of Lord Shiva (one of the 3 principal deities in Hinduism) who is the destroyer/cosmic dancer/Ardanadeeshwara (male & female)

Shiva is depicted with 3 lines of Viboothi (sacred ash) across his forehead, which reminds us to renounce our ego as everyone/everything will become ash someday.

Dark ground color for "Nilakanta" the one who drank poison (his throat turned blue) to save mankind from destruction. Grey for Ash.

The red eye shape says "Ohm" depicting the 3rd Eye which symbolizes a state of enlightenment/light/perception and refers to an eye that can see that which is not physical of Lord Shiva.

"God sees all, even if you can't see him, he sees you!” same as “Ihsan” which comes from the hadith of the Prophet (PBUH).
